Are Scientists Close to Harnessing Galactic Power?

The universe is too big for us and the more we look at it through our telescopes the more it teases us. We aren’t sure if we would ever be able to send a manned mission beyond the boundaries of our solar system and explore the rest of the universe. Ironically the Universe’s own laws of physics bind us from going out there and taking a closer look at just how wonderful it truly is.

It is quite possible that we may have to come up with a way to bend the rules of the universe to explore a fair share of it… but is that possible?
